Hampton Inn Birmingham-Colonnade 280

I stayed am staying at the Hampton Inn. I must commend the front desk clerk Debra. On her outstanding customer service and patience’s. The Hilton system went down a lot was going on. She made sure to be patient with all guess. She made us feel comfortable she communicated well with us with updates etc. a lot of prolly would have been confused with so much going on. She handle it very well by herself while talking to her manger on the phone. Thank you Debra great job we need more people like you in this world.

Have stayed here for 2 weeks now. Without a doubt, the best experience of any of my hotel stays. The entire staff from the kitchen to housekeeping and especially the front desk have been incredibly helpful and friendly. Great customer service all around. Special shout out to Dimitri and Debra at the front desk. Always over and above friendly and helpful. It was a great 2 week stay!!

One of the best fitness rooms I've come across in my travels. Breakfast was nice, didn't have the same things twice. The only complaint I have is the lighting in the bathroom was horrible. Overall awesome hotel. If the pool was cleaned I'd have used it!

In my professional career, I have stayed at Hampton Inns all across the US. I know the consistency. I chose this hotel based upon its location near the hospital. My dad was having heart surgery. I booked two rooms for my dad and siblings for the night before the surgery. To say that we were anxious would be an understatement. Upon check in, we were greeted by Debra who welcomed us warmly like family! She is awesome! She helped my sister to understand how to adjust the heat in her room and made dad feel special in a time of stress. She is an asset to the Hampton Inn staff! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the location was what we needed but it was the staff that made it great. Well done, Hampton Inn!

Spent 3 nights here for a baseball tournament and it was a great value. Very close to restaurants. Room was clean and service was great, specially Debra. Always smiling, always nice. She made us feel like we were in a 5 star hotel.

Debra and Tameka are both amazing at the front desk. They are always welcoming, professional, and ready to help with anything that’s needed. Their positive attitudes make a great first impression, and they handle their responsibilities efficiently and with care. Because of them, the front desk runs smoothly and feels organized and inviting. They truly do a great job and deserve recognition for their hard work.

Shout out to Reggie! And the gal at the front desk last night (I don’t remember her name). They both went out of their way for me and were so kind to me. Reggie took the time to remake the coffee this morning and the gal last night got the right keurig insert so we could make tea in our room. That is hospitality! You all have great staff. I’d come back just for them! Thank you!!

I stayed her for two nights. I had a remarkable stay! The rooms were clean there was only me problem we had and it was our pillows but who ever worked the right they were quick to replace them. The following night Debra worked and we were blessed to see her the following morning that we checked out. I am so blessed that yall placed her at the front desk . Her beautiful smile and kindness makes everyone feel right at home . More over she was so quick to help us with whatever we needed. Thank you for choosing Debra to work at the front desk. For Breakfast, I met Ms. Cherry , the breakfast was out and ready when I came down and she was is so kind and outgoing she helped us with everything we needed and when the kitchen was getting ready to close she let us know so we could get the last of what we wanted. I felt like I was at my aunt ( that I never had home) . Not to mentiOn how clean the lobby and the lobby restrooms were. Wow, this Hampton location has the best team . It was such a nice stay and I felt right at home . Thank you for everything
